    With a centre focus of improving performance and leadership which it didn't lose sight of, the retreat was done in a way whereas I felt constantly supported and encouraged as well as being pushed where needed, as well as it being memorably a lot of fun. I have always found Henare and Kate to have a great intuitive ability to manage me and others to really bring out the next level. The coaching lessons were really well mixed with great parts of relaxing and recreation to make it a next levelling experience and also a truly enjoyable one. In this sense it was a perfect balance. There was also space to gain tangible business strategies to take away and which I have personally been implementing since. I will very most likely be attending further retreats in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking to genuinely step to the next level in life and business and also have some great fun in the process with lots of good memories to take away and new connections/friendships to potentially make.

  • I can’t recommend it enough

    Before CEO Week, I was running on autopilot. I’d just come through a tough month personally and wasn’t back to fully meeting my own needs. Saying yes to the week felt like an act of care, and it turned out to be a powerful reset.

    The experience felt like hitting a gigantic pause button. A chance to refill my cup, do things differently, and connect with brilliant, big-hearted people all on a mission to lead and make a real impact. There were beautifully restful moments, but what surprised me was how much I got out of the performance and communication work. Exploring our patterns, playing with our range, and doing the opposite of what we’d usually do (in a safe space) was fun and freeing.

  • We have both private rooms and shared rooms available, with different price points for each. If you have a private room and would like to bring your partner to experience CEO Week together, there's a discounted rate for your partner when sharing the same room

  • Yes for five days, you'll have full access to Henare for conversations, creative brainstorming, strategic planning, and personalized coaching. Throughout the retreat, He’ll feel into where you're at and offer the exact coaching and conversations needed for your breakthroughs. 

  • There will trainings and experiences desigend to help you elevate your performance and expand your leadership capacity - directly uncovering and shift what's been in your blind spots, holding you back from your next level in life and business. Participants from past retreats have said these sessions led to pivotal shifts. 

  • Yes, and we keep them up our sleeve as little surprises as we go along! One of our favourite things to do is create experiences that facilitate big shifts, while having A LOT of fun in the process (think: cheeks and abs sore from laughing so hard!). 

  • On the final night, there will be a celebration to honour everything that's shifted and recreated. Picture this... You're dressed up, feeling fab, chatting about the new vision you're now embracing, with a special dinner being served, and music playing… You look out at the stunning view and fully realise how good it gets to be

  • Your investment includes 4 nights accommodation, all meals and drinks, group leadership and performance trainings, coaching, daily sessions and experiences, optional Sananga sessions, and the final night celebration. Transport to and from the venue, including flights and transfers, is not included. If you’re flying internationally, you will need to arrange health and travel insurance.
